Alinne has brought up my confidence by teaching me right form and technique, she has helped me to understand the importance of a schedule/routine, and I am also following her diet plan I love how flexible it is and how easy it is to maintain.Her program challenges me mentally and physically and I love that I have access to her to discuss my fitness goals. her programs are awesome , just finishing my 30 days challenge on the go.
